About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. Your gym membership is governed separately by the membership agreement you sign with FitZone Fitness Ltd.. Where the two differ, the membership agreement takes precedence.

We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. Pricing, opening hours, timetables, equipment and staffing can change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on before acting on it.

Demo content

This website is presented as a design demonstration. Pricing figures, trainer profiles, member stories, statistics and business details shown are realistic placeholder content, not verified claims about a specific business.

Membership

Membership terms, payment schedules, notice periods and cancellation rights are set out in your membership agreement.
Access is subject to our facility rules, which are displayed on site.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers other members or staff.

Health and safety

Exercise carries inherent risk. You should seek medical advice before beginning a new training programme, particularly if you have an existing condition or injury. Tell your coach about any condition that could affect your training. Use equipment as instructed and ask a member of staff if you are unsure.

Personal training

Personal training sessions are booked in advance and subject to the cancellation window stated at the time of booking. Coaching guidance is general fitness advice and is not medical, physiotherapy or dietetic treatment.

Intellectual property

The design, text and layout of this site belong to their respective owners. Demonstration photography is licensed stock imagery and is not owned by the business depicted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
